About SOG Mini Camp Hatchet

What SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is built to do

SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is a hatchet from SOG on The Knife Vault’s axes and tomahawks shelf.

If you are comparing fixed blades and landed on SOG Mini Camp Hatchet, the rest of this page stays with this SKU so the listing is actually distinguishable.

What the title on SOG Mini Camp Hatchet actually says

Read the workshop title as the spec sheet: “SOG Mini Camp Axe - Multi-Purpose Survival and Tourist Hatchet/ Hammer, Compact Multitool Outdoor Camping Jungle Axes with Sheat.” SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is that listing on the Axes and Tomahawks shelf — not a rewritten neighbour with a swapped H1.

Facts that belong only to SOG Mini Camp Hatchet: maker SOG.

SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is for the job its shape implies on the Axes and Tomahawks shelf. If you wanted a different form — a bunka instead of a set, a jig instead of rivets, a folder instead of a chef’s knife — this URL is the wrong card.

Skip SOG Mini Camp Hatchet if the title “SOG Mini Camp Axe - Multi-Purpose Survival and Tourist Hatchet/ Hammer, Compact Multitool Outdoor Camping Jungle Axes with Sheat” is not the object you meant to order. Neighbouring cards on this shelf are different SKUs.

Steel, handle, and the listed construction

SOG Mini Camp Hatchet does not print a mill steel on this card. Finish as stocked is Hatchet. We do not invent a core steel to pad the spec table.

  • SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is listed as a hatchet on the Axes and Tomahawks shelf, stocked as “Hatchet”.
  • Workshop / maker on the SOG Mini Camp Hatchet card: SOG.
  • Finish as stocked for the SOG Mini Camp Hatchet: Hatchet.

Field use for this hatchet

SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is a one-hand hatchet for camp chores and splitting sticks. Not a throwing axe unless the listing says so. Oil the head.

A hatchet page is not a felling-axe page. SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is one-hand work: “SOG Mini Camp Axe - Multi-Purpose Survival and Tourist Hatchet/ Hammer, Compact Multitool Outdoor Camping Jungle Axes with Sheat.”

Oil, sheath, and storage

Oil carbon steel on SOG Mini Camp Hatchet. Sheath the edge. Adults 18+.

A wet leather sheath will stain a carbon blade. Dry SOG Mini Camp Hatchet before it goes away.

How this hatchet differs from other field pieces

The commercial title on this card is “SOG Mini Camp Axe - Multi-Purpose Survival and Tourist Hatchet/ Hammer, Compact Multitool Outdoor Camping Jungle Axes with Sheat.” That is the offer for SOG Mini Camp Hatchet — not a generic hatchet copied from a neighbouring SKU.

Other axes and tomahawks listings in the vault may share a steel family or a silhouette. SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is the one whose title, finish, and listed cues are on this URL.

SOG Mini Camp Hatchet is sold from The Knife Vault in CAD with tracked shipping. Read this listing (“SOG Mini Camp Axe - Multi-Purpose Survival and Tourist Hatchet/ Hammer, Compact Multitool Outdoor Camping Jungle Axes with Sheat”), not a lookalike on another shelf.
