If a piece is unused and still in its original packaging, you can send it back within 14 days of delivery. Write to orders@knifevault.ca with your order number to start a return.
01 What we accept
Unused items in original packaging, requested within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the merchandise amount to the original payment method.
- ◆ Unused and unsharpened.
- ◆ Original packaging and any included sheath or box.
- ◆ Requested within 14 days of delivery.
02 What we do not accept
Used, sharpened, or damaged-by-use pieces cannot be restocked. Unlawful orders are cancelled before they ship and refunded in full; they are not a returns case.
03 Who pays return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping unless the piece arrived damaged, incomplete, or not as described. In those cases we cover the return and refund in full, including original shipping.
