Questions about an order, a piece of steel, or something written in the guides — the counter is open. Email is the reliable channel; everything lands with the same small team that picks the pieces.
01 Email
Write to orders@knifevault.ca. For order questions, include your order number and the email address you checked out with — it lets us find your parcel without a second round of questions.
For product questions, name the piece or the guide you are asking about. If your question is about steel, carry, or care, there is a fair chance the Vault Guides already answer it in full — and if they do not, your question is how the next dossier gets chosen.

New pieces and restocks are posted to Instagram at @the_knife_vault, and longer video walk-arounds live on the YouTube channel @theknifevault. Comments and direct messages there reach the same team.
03 A note on age and law
The Knife Vault sells to adults aged 18 and over. Knife laws differ between provinces, states and countries — covering blade length, opening mechanisms, carry, and prohibited classifications — and it is the buyer's responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply where they live and carry.
