About Hezhen 6-piece Damascus knife set
Hezhen six-piece 10Cr15CoMoV set on a magnetic block
This is the Hezhen 6-piece Damascus knife set — “HEZHEN 6PC Knife Set Professional Real 67 Layers Damascus Surer Steel Durable Sharp High Quality Kitchen Cook Knives.” Maker: Hezhen. Core listed: 10Cr15CoMoV. Hardness: 60–62 HRC. Cladding: 67 layers. The photos show a matching wooden magnetic block. SKU KV-212, featured on the Damascus shelf.
10Cr15CoMoV is a cobalt kitchen stainless used as a Damascus core on this shelf. It is not VG-10 (Senken Tsunami) and not the unnamed Damascus core on the cheap Xinzuo three-piece. Hone it; hand-wash it. The block is storage, not a dishwasher-safe dock.
Hezhen is the maker. Featured SKU. 60–62 HRC is a kitchen-hard window: fine edge, chip if you twist in bone. The magnetic block in the photos is part of how this six-piece is merchandised; Senken Tsunami’s title does not call out that block the same way. Do not assume every 67-layer set ships with wood magnets.
Buy KV-212 if you want Hezhen’s named 10Cr15CoMoV core, 67 layers, six pieces, and the block shown, priced in CAD. Skip it if you wanted Xinzuo’s three-piece at a much lower price or Senken’s seven including bread and boning. Adults 18+. Tracked from The Knife Vault.
Six pieces versus seven, versus three
Six is fewer than Senken’s seven and more than Xinzuo’s three. You get a family plus the magnetic block this card shows. We do not invent steak knives or shears the title did not name; judge the six against the photos.
- Maker: Hezhen. Core: 10Cr15CoMoV. HRC: 60–62.
- Cladding: 67-layer Damascus. Piece count: 6.
- Storage shown: wooden magnetic block.
- SKU: KV-212. Not Senken Tsunami, not Xinzuo KV-1.
Care for a blocked Damascus family
Lift knives off the magnet; do not scrape them sideways. Dry the block if a wet blade sat there. Stone the 10Cr15CoMoV cores as kitchen stainless, not as M390. Priced in CAD, tracked, adults 18+.
